Requirements:
- Graduates with 8-10 years of banking experience in Business Development / Segmentation, preferably in the areas of wealth management.
- Good marketing and customer relationship skills
- The incumbent will be participating in developing, implementing and overseeing the segmentation strategy and establish/manage the segment(s) accordingly so as to enhance them and contribute to the profitability of Bank’s business.
- Suggest new product proposals along with the objectives, risk and marketability, cost benefit analysis, deliverables and recommendation, based on identified market needs & opportunities.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis against own products.
- Gather market intelligence on changing customer awareness and needs along with competing product offerings.
