Requirements:
- Graduates in Banking / Business Management/ Marketing with minimum 5-7 years’ experience in product development in retail products(Liabilities/ Assets/ Cards)

- The incumbent will be responsible for performing marketing strategies and analysis, assists in repackaging & enhancing Bank’s retail products and services in terms of Liabilities / Assets / Cards to make them more appealing as compared to the Bank’s competitors, and develops new products in all its stages.
- Conducts market research, comparative analysis for improving Bank’s market share, product refinement & fine-tuning.
- Handles product launching / promotional programs / product complete literature pertaining to products under development.
