Requirements:
- Graduates with around 10-15 years of sales experience within banking and preferably to have played a similar role earlier.
- The incumbent will be focused on driving all alternative sales channels in the Bank (direct sales, car loan, bancassurance, etc.,) to optimize performance and maximize productivity of the teams through focused and specific sales plans and required skills and techniques.
