Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in retail store management (preferably male shirts/fashion retail), leading in-store staff of 4-5 or more
- Understanding of made to measure concept and processes (preferred)
- Well-spoken and presentable Male / Female with ability to build client relations
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Representing our brand and communicating the philosophy behind our high-end tailor made shirts
- Deliver superior customer service through providing a friendly and welcoming environment that enables clients to make purchasing decisions
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
- Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
- Managing the store’s overall appearance, cleanliness and visual merchandising
- Maintaining customer and financial records
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Liaising with production and operations team
- Communicating product and customer feedback to management team, In addition, you will also be expected to perform as a senior stylist in the store, where you will be responsible to provide style advisory on shirts (showcase latest fabrics, design etc.), help the client design their shirts and take measurements to create order form.
