Requirements:
- Maintaining books of accounts in accordance with accounting policies and procedures of the company.
- General ledger scrutiny, MIS and timely financial reporting to facilitate important decision making process quickly and accurately.
- Managing working capital requirements, cash flow and routine financial operations of the company to ensure adequate liquidity by continuously monitoring of receivables and payables and its reconciliation on regular basis.
- Processing documents under trade finance operations which includes Letter of Credit ( LC), collection against documents, guarantees, trust receipts, short term loans, overdrafts, bill discounting, invoice factoring etc.
- liaising with local and international banks for line of credit, periodic reviewing and upgrading / renewing the credit facilities with banks as per company’s trade and financial requirements.
- Supervising treasury function and payroll of the company.
- implementing internal controls over expenses in line of budgets by its monitoring and taking timely actions.
- Experience with global standard system applications such as SAP R3, Focus, Oracle and Tally.
- Manager the timely and accurate submission of clients invoices.
