Requirements:
- Professionally qualitied in accounting or finance (CA/CMA/MBA).
- A minimum of 10- 15 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and management of finances in a large group;
- Proven experience in structuring, negotiating and arranging bank facilities including securing documentation;
- Established relationship / reputation with local banks and financing partners;
- Manage and oversee a team of accountants for timely completion of annual audits
- Maintain and manage Liaison with Mall managements and able to negotiate rents and lease contracts
- Maintain and manage financial liaison with suppliers, both overseas and domestic
- Should be numerate with good analytical skills and strong in written and oral communication
- Independent with strong leadership and inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of reviewing and understanding and negotiating legal contracts will be a bonus;
