Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2yrs experience in general insurance underwriting.
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline.
- A further qualification from a reputed insurance institute would be a huge plus.
- Must have excellent PC skills, communication skills, and must be highly customer-oriented.
- Coordinating with the Sales team/Clients to analyse Client requirement and assist in procuring suitable cover/terms on new proposals and/or renewals;
- Proper review of warranties, terms and acceptability on receiving the policy documents from Insurance Companies;
- Managing operational requirements related to quote approvals and policy issuance;
- Following up with insurance companies and clients;
- Assessing coverage terms and conditions; Communicating pro-actively, on time and transparently with clients to ensure positive outcome;
- Following up on policy documents with insurance companies;
- Invoicing and documentation of insurance documents received from various insurance companies
