Requirements:
- You will provide the GM with efficient personal assistance service encompassing, correspondence, diary management, travel arrangements, filing, filtering calls and full secretarial duties, hence your computer skills will be very highly advanced and you will be able to work independently and proactively in the absence of the GM.
- As Executive Secretary, you will be privileged to highly sensitive information and the role will require strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- The successful candidate will be an effective individual, able to make decisions, prioritize, coordinate and take the initiative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be completely fluent in English with excellent grammar.
- She should be a degree holder and should have work experience in the UAE.
