Requirements:
Assignments: Assist Japanese diplomats in charge of political affairs to
cover the followings but not limited to;
• Collecting information, research and analytical studies on political affairs with data processing.
• Responding to inquiries at the Political Section.
• Translation form English to Arabic and vise versa.
• Document management including drafting and filing of official correspondence and other office work.
• Supporting Embassy’s functions and events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in political science or international relations or any similar field.
• Native Arabic speaker, with excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced computer operation skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraint and work pressure in a multi-cultural environment with self-motivation.
• Proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Eligible for employment with transferable sponsorship under Qatari laws and regulations.
