Requirements:

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Fluency or good conversational skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- High-level proficiency in Excel is desirable, and a sound knowledge of word and outlook is essential.
- To help sales representatives improve their productivity and spend more time selling, sales coordinators provide a variety of support services.
- They contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls.
- To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary, ➢ Up-keep of a client and agents database
- To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Sales Manager ➢ Time management is of the essence and the job holder must be confident that they can deal with a number of things at any one time and constantly re-evaluate priorities.
- Maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
