Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years related work and previous management experience with a reputable Express/Courier company. GCC experience is an advantage.
- Process and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in solving complex problems and coming up with viable solutions under extreme pressure.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency In MS Office. Good with systems and a fast learner.
- Ability to train, coach and mentor a team.
As a highly driven Customer Service Manager your primary responsibility is to plan, direct, or coordinate the customer service team of the company. You will also manage client expectations and recommend ways the team can better meet company goals.
In order to be considered, you must have recent work experience in an Express/Courier company.
- Keep both the company goals and client expectations in mind when developing business strategies and overseeing daily activities for the entire division.
- Analyze service levels on the existing line hauls.
- Set up process monitoring.
- Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service.
- Developing customer service procedures and policies.
- Help solve problems that affect the service, efficiency and productivity of the customer service team.
- Investigate and solve customer’s problems, which may be complex or long standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
- Give strategic direction and leadership to all customer service employees and ensure adequate staffing.
