Job Title: TRANSLATOR

Company: A top international political research institution
Requirements:

Responsible for translating content from English to Arabic and vice versa; including: publications, articles, press releases,online content, and other documents.
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in English literature,translation, journalism, communications, or related fields.
Must have familiarity with and understanding of the socioeconomic
and geopolitical issues facing the Middle East and North Africa,
including relations with the U.S. Strong academic record,
superior qualitative translation, and writing skills required.
A minimum of three years of translation and writing experience
required. Experience with academic/research institutions or
think tanks and policy organizations with work involving political
science and international relations preferred.
Complete fluency (written and spoken) in both Arabic and
English language is required. Excellent organizational and
communication skills required, with an ability to prioritize in a
heavy workload environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel,
Word, and PowerPoint required. Experience with Adobe
InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.
