Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Civil Supervisor

Requirements:

To establish quantity take off for all civil & building works as per approved drawings and methods of evaluation and measurements.
To prepare and submits items and corresponding quantities to input in the system by Planning Department.
To update BOQ in order to incorporate in the system.
Preparations & monitoring of daily progress report.
Checking and commenting of weekly progress to be submitted to Planning Department.
Updating drawings and all related documents.
Monitoring daily works activities at site.
Checking and monitoring safety procedures at site.
Coordinate with the Consortium Civil Department for monitoring of daily activities carried out in correct reference drawing implemented.
Perform other related functions as assigned by the Discipline Superintendent.
