Job title:Manager - Quick Service Operation(Automotive)
Job location: Al kuwait, kuwait
Requirements:
- Experience in management of auto quick service operation.
- Responsible for developing business and expansion throughout Kuwait.
- Acquire key accounts with local fleet customers.
- Manage operations productivity and increasing customer base.
- Ensure operational efficiency.
- Planning and development of sales/promotional campaigns.
- Recruitment and on-site training of staff.
- Performance management.
- Will report to the General Manager of Sales.
- 6 - 8 Employees will be reporting to him.
- He will also be responsible for expansion and increasing business.
Qualifications: Graduate, Masters Preferred
Should be Excellent in English and Arabic
