The Candidate should have minimum experience as Receptionist cum Telemarketing.

• Should have Good English communication & Good Personality.
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Should have knowledge on customer management
• Handling all the customer walk-ins inquiries and Tele-marketing
• should maintain high level of professionalism
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains the reception area safe and clean by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
• Provide a professional service in response to all customer requests, ensuring that customer requirements are met.
