Requirements:
- To maintain fleet of over 120 vehicles -operations, maintenance records, insurance policies.
- Assessment of fleet requirement and optimal maintenance of fleet considering the season and schedule of the deliveries, Managing repairing service scheduling of the entire fleet, Manage drivers movement register
- Monitoring attendance, leave processing, Time Sheets and maintain records, Maintaining keys, safety keys and administering agreements and recording, Compliance of Renewals of licenses, Registrations, Insurance and statutory payments, Managing accident repairs & breakdowns
- Liaising with relevant departments and follow up for insurance claims, Managing car registration and registration renewal process and GPS installation. Monitoring daily expenditure reports (Salik / Fuel and other expenses) Liaison with warehouse coordinator for planning and execution of delivery schedule,ERP reports on fleet
- Daily / weekly / monthly / yearly to the management with suggestions for cost control,
- Diploma in Automobile and minimum 7 -8 Years’ experience in the same field is required.
