- Monitor sales achievements by generating daily/weekly reports & identifying gaps in order to set an action plan.
- Understanding the product contribution in profitability & boosting the sales to achieve high gross profit.
- Participate in marketing plan, promotions ideas, suggest new products and services as per customer needs.
- Responsible for ordering & managing stock levels within defined limits & customers’ demand.
- Ensure that store merchandising is as per planogram.
- Coordinating with Purchase department for routine orders, deliveries & issues.
- Responsible for maintaining wastages within the defined tolerance limits.

- Responsible for staff performance review and development.
- Maintaining sufficient & adequate knowledge of Circle K product range & vendors as well.
- Handling customer complaints escalations & provide them with satisfactory solution.
