Job Description:
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience as secretary / receptionist
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS office
- Should be able to sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries documents/ post, etc
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel tickets of office and hotel bookings
- Keep updated records of office expenses / stationary and to do other related duties such as filing and faxing as and when required.
