- Has worked for a company with 100 employees.
- Sound knowledge of UAE Labour laws on all matters.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take decision as and when required after proper and full analysis made as per business need.
- Communication (highly skilled) both in written and verbal in English. Arabic an advantage
- 3-4 years of Human resource experience in the UAE and at-least 2 years outside UAE. Out of which at-least one year working experience in a similar role in the UAE.

Key Functions to Perform:
- Complete management of Human Resource System (software) (Fully utilizes Human Resources software to the company’s advantage.
- Performance Management
- HR policies and procedures (creation to its implementation)
- Employee exit management 5. Payroll Management through HRMS
- Building on the standard operating procedures (SOP)’s on the responsibilities performed
- MIS reporting.
- HR communication across the company.
- Health and safety
- Foster team work and assist in other functions within the HR department.
