ROLE PURPOSE:
- Handling customer request, respond to customer calls – walk in customer (cash) inquiries relating to Individual Motor products. Issuing individual quotations, for new/renewal business.
- Issue individual policy documents / endorsements; assist in issuing fleet insurance certificate for vehicle registration purpose.
- Applying Policy process and procedure within authority level.
- Complete daily transactions from the clients.
- Estimate car value through the system for Comprehensive cover or obtain invoice , survey the vehicle if used, attach the picture and the survey report to the policy document verify documentation with the premium.
- Fast track quotation for direct clients
- Deliver policy documents along with any other materials in a proper way.
- Support the Supervisor and the Assistant Manager in the revision of the Customer Services functions policies and procedures once required.
- Deliver policy documents along with any other materials in a proper way and time.
- Provide Management with appropriate reports regarding Customer service and compliance with operational policy and procedures.
