Requirements:
- Candidates should have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Contracting Company in the UAE or the Gulf region. Knowledge of Candy and Dolphin Software’s is an advantage. Fluent English Speaker and Good Communication Skills.
- Education: Civil Engineering / Chartered Quantity Surveyor would be an advantage.
- To carry out the daily valuations and cost estimate of work in progress and tender invitations for landscape (hard & soft) and civil works, preparing tenders and contract documents including bills of quantities, take-off quantities as instructed by the Senior Management, prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts, negotiate and prepare contract variations claims the extra cost of the design, Value engineering, Procurement advice and assistance during the tendering procedures.
