Requirements:
  • ITI / Diploma /bachelors of engineer with similar exp of around 5-9 years in the similar (Electronics and Home appliance) industry can apply for this job.
  • Core consumer electronics knowledge and capability to manage the team is mandatory.
  • Position will be reporting to Service Head.
Description
  1. Will be responsible for service operation
  2. Forecasting , ordering and maintaining the material requirement
  3. Responsible for handling indoor and outdoor technicians
  4. Managing the work demand with high energy to ensure the daily routine jobs gets done
  5. Preparing work schedules for technician on daily basic
  6. Answer telephone calls of customers to solve discrepancies
  7. Help in testing the new products to be launched in the market
  8. Assist in training the new technicians to accomplish their targets.
  9. Motivate the team by encouraging in the right way .
