- Dental Office experience either clinical or administrative.
- Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, scheduling for multiple providers.
- Understanding of dental billing practices, insurance processing, and patient collections.
- Understanding of Dental Pre-Approval protocols
- At least 2 years experience in Insurance processing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook) and the ability to learn new programs
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
