  • Note: We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager (Non-Alcoholic) European national. Preferably who can join as soon as possible. Salary is AED 10,000.
Summary of Position
  • Assists the operations Manager in the overall operations of the restaurant. Recruits and trains restaurant employees. Assists in inventory control and budgeting. Ensure that regulatory guidelines of the food services industry are being followed by all employees
Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the control of day-to-day operations by checking and approving the appropriate ordering/purchase of food and supplies, proper scheduling of staff and developing & training the restaurant team.
  2. Responsible for the good performance of the Restaurant staff and Shift Supervisors.
  3. Ensure Occupational Safety and Health, local health and safety requirements, and company safety and security are always protected.
  4. Avoids legal challenges by conforming to laws and regulations.
  5. Controls Profit & Loss of the Restaurant.
  6. Preparing annual & monthly budget and forecasting requirements
  7. Cash control/security procedures
  8. Maintaining “Just-in-Time” inventory of food supplies and equipment
  9. Managing restaurant personnel
  10. Taking care of all the maintenance of the restaurant if required.
  11. Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
