Requirements:

ATM/Cards Switch specialist – preferred experience with BASE24, Postellion, Way4, HPS, SmartVISTA, OPEN2, or IST.
10 years + experience with Bank in Cards IT OR IT company that sells Switch solutions
Switch migration experience preferred.
Full knowledge of transaction protocols for VISA/MC mandates such as EMV, 3DSecure, VBV, Contactless/NFC, ACS, VISA Checkout/ MC Paypass etc.
Experience of Card chip technology including offline & online application.
Knowledge on security mandates i.e. key exchanges (data encryptions), PCI/DSS, tokenization and VISA/MC security regulations.
Experience in setting up and running high availability Switch with benchmark based scheduled/unscheduled down times.
Experience in performance monitoring solutions, dashboards and IT operations for a Cards Switch that support issuing and acquiring.
On issuing side, cards (debit, credit & prepaid) and on acquiring side POS, Mobile & ecommerce.
Merchant systems – POS setup, terminal Managment setup, NAC routers, e-gateways
Cards rewards redemption through POS
