Company: We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor who will be responsible for planning, executing and completing audit field work according to established standards of IA and schedules, recommending internal control improvements that may include operational enhancements or efficiencies

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Must have experience in oil & gas, marine or service industry.
- Must be qualified
- Extensive knowledge of and skill in applying internal auditing and practices, management principles and preferred business practices
- Knowledge of audit procedures, including planning techniques, test, sampling methods and documentation of audit working papers involved in conducting audits
- Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports
- Good knowledge of accounting principles including IFRS/IAS. Ability to analyze financial data
- Considerable skill in effective verbal and written communication, including active listening skills and skills in presenting findings and recommendations via reports and presentations
- Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Work requires willingness to work on a flexible schedule, willingness to travel, ability to work under pressure and willingness to take additional responsibilities
