The candidate should have the responsibility :-
  1. Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  2. Managing the daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments of the MD
  3. Manage / maintain Invoices and other documents
  4. Checking emails and give them appropriate reply
  5. Follow up with clients
  6. Maintaining Office Documents and related files in soft copy as well as hard copy
