  • Command outstanding time-management and organisational skills and find it easy to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Take care of incoming customer inquiries via phone calls and our online booking service
  • Provide all-round assistance and support to customers before, during, and after bookings
  • Maintain existing and develop new relationships with agents and prospective customers
  • Handle all transactions related to reservations, vehicle bookings, and rental contracts
  • Control clients’ accounts and charges in coordination with the accounting department
  • Administer vehicle inventory through internal IT systems
  • Update and maintain the company’s CRM system & client database
  • In charge of daily office management including filing, stock, and inventory
