Job Description as follows:
- Assist the Bar Manager in ensuring that the bar is effectively managed and provides optimal quality value for money products and services.
- Ensure the health and safety of Union Staff, members, customers and any approved contractors utilizing the services / facilities of the shop.
- Ensure that the bar is sufficiently stocked to meet demand, stock awaiting sale is kept at optimum condition and wastage is minimized and recorded.
- Assist the Bar Manager with the effective promotion and advertising of bar services activities and products, completing all required paperwork
