Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
  1. Perform all routine administrative tasks including telephone attendance, correspondence, organizing emails, client and supplier coordination, etc
  2. Coordinate with the group human resource department for Company HRD requirements
  3. Handle petty cash and office administrative budget
  4. Coordination with all departments for smooth flow of work and information
  5. Assist with accounting activities in conjunction with the accountant as required
  6. Call prospective clients to provide leads and schedule appointments.
  7. Create and maintain database for new and existing clients.
  8. Assist with marketing activities in conjunction with the creative and/or sales department as required.
  9. Continuous and regular follow up on leads and/or as instructed.
  10. Preparation and follow up of quotations
