Requirements:
- Service Advisors play an important role meeting customers who bring their vehicles for repair or maintenance, liaising with technical staff to determine the work that needs to be done and ensuring the work is done as quickly and cost effectively as possible. They also act as sales people in relation to certain auto products.
- The job requires excellent interpersonal/sales skills, willingness to learn some technical skills, attention to detail, sales motivation and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Applicants should possess a Diploma or higher qualification, have at least three year’s experience in sales, reasonable fluency in English and good personal presentation.
