- CA/CM(Inter/final Passed) ICWA/MBA(Fin)/Master degree in commerce
- 10 to 17 years’ Experience in Finance & Accounts Department out of which minimum 5 year exp. In leading civil construction company in UAE.
- Optional: Certification from Financial management.
- Making monthly/weekly project management reports. Attending site meeting and taking follow-up actions.
- Monitoring & reviewing all cost and operation of project, updating cost time manner.
- Monitoring Project Cash flow & budget, making updated projected cash flow and budget cost. Preparation of cost to complete report and making variance report.
- Maintaining status report for project bank accounts, PDC, LC, TR, bills Disk, Guarantee etc.
- Reviewing of contract work in progress and monitoring project certification.
- Coordinating with PM towards all project variation claims & approval process.
- Preparation of cost sheet for PPC Discounting and coordination with bank.
- Liaison with suppliers/sub-contractors to negotiate payment terms, monitoring & maintaining LPO & all subcontractor agreement.
- Liaison with Bank auditors and completion follow up report.
- Vouching &verification of payment/supplier documents, petty cash voucher.
- All assigned works and clarification to management from time to time.
