• B.COM/BBA
• •3-6 years’ experience in finance and accounts department out of which minimum 2 years exp in civil construction company in UAE

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:

1. The Project accountant is responsible for accounting documents related works for the assigned projects.
2. Prepare the accounting entries with proper documents and submit to senior accountant for the approval, such as invoices, vouchers, JV etc.
3. Follow up with purchase, stores and procurement team for LPO, agreements, invoices, payment certificates etc.
4. Follow up time sheet from time keeper for machinery, labor etc.
5. Follow up and make sure all accounting documents are prepare with approval of authorized person.
6. Prepare and submit all suppliers and sub-contractors report to the senior accountant.
7. Reconcile and prepare reports of LPO and subcontractor agreement.
8. Follow up with purchase and stores for the status of the delivery or certification.
9. All reports required by Project Management and site account dept.
