Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in agriculture/ horticulture peripherally with postgraduate qualifications related to organic farming.
  • 7-10 years experience in organic or sustainable farming.
  • Experience managing 5-10 people directly.
  • Experience in organic farming practices preferably in harsh arid environment would be beneficial
  • Develop research in local requirements to produce organic products, in line with long term strategy
  • Experience in developing and delivering of training programs and general capacity building for farmers and extension officers
