Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in agriculture/ horticulture peripherally with postgraduate qualifications related to hydroponics vegetables productions.
  • 7-10 years experience in hydroponics vegetables production.
  • Experience managing 5-10 people directly.
  • Experience in hydroponic practice preferably in harsh arid environment would be beneficial
  • Experience in practical know-how in plant nutrition dosing system and plant management
  • Experience in developing and delivering of training programs and general capacity building for farmers and extension officers
