The Incumbent should be a MMUP Certified GRADE “A” Architect, Preferably a Master Degree in business Management or Equivalent.
• Should have more than 15 years of experience at various levels in the architectural field with at least 10 years of commercial management experience and a proven track record of strategic leadership, team management and strong financial acumen.
• Must be well versed in developing operational plans, financial plans, business plans, and budgets for managing performance.
• Responsible for overall performance of the organization.
