Requirements:
- Degree in Travel/Tourism/Marketing/Sales/Business (preferred, NOT mandatory), Familiarity with a GDS (Sabre preferred),
- Excellent Communication Skills Superior inter-personal & social skills,
- Attention to detail, Loyalty and commitment to grow in the long term,
- Passion for the travel profession, Prior personal travel experiences is a plus,
- Multilingual abilities is a plus,
- Prior work experience in a similar role in a travel agency is strongly preferred.
- UAE work experience is NOT mandatory.
- Willingness to live in Sharjah.
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service & build relationships with clients.
- Provide reliable, efficient, accurate & prompt travel counseling.
- Confidently work on a GDS (Sabre preferred) to issue / re issue tickets based on new & changing travel plans
