- will handle full cycle on employee from recruitment to repatriation ensuring that legal compliance as per UAE Labour Laws is being followed by the Company.
- will be the only pint of contact by both management and employees.
- manage all HR Events and plans

- handle employee grievances
- attend to all labour disputes meetings
