Accounts
- Prepares Debit Note and Credit Note for every transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliation vs. Book records.
- Prepares monthly Intercompany reconciliation
- Check and reconciles Petty Cash liquidation.
- Coordinates with suppliers regarding receivables and invoice payments collections.
- Enter General Journal to system for every transactions made.
- Responsible for data entry of accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Maintaining the entire file including bank accounts, creditors, debtors, supplier & clients
- Monitors monthly accruals, prepayment, and depreciations.
- Prepare and manage financial report for yearly Audit. Interacts with Auditors
- Manage company Accounts using Peachtree
- Prepares and monitors Aged Receivable and Payable.
- Provide general administrative & clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing & copying to management
- Develop & maintain filling system
- Run company’s errands to Bank/Jafza/Chamber/Post Office Etc.
- Answer & direct phone calls
- Receiving & dispatching documents via courier
- Maintain office supplies
