- Required Knowledge & Skills. - Technicians-HVAC,ELECTRICIAN,PLUMBER, CIVIL, BMS,CARPENTER
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in an FM company; Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering with through knowledge of MEP equipments maintenance (PM/CM/RM) in a FM environment;
