Requirements:
- Sous Chef – 1 Nos. Must have technical skills, relevant experience and team management skills. Place specialty bread orders with Baker in a timely manner. Supervise, train and work with production, bakery & pastry team and the new team, daily work of on-call team members, supervise the measuring and mixing of ingredients according to recipes, pictures, handling wastage, and returned items with reports. Responsible for following all standardized procedures, safety measures. Reports to Executive Pastry Bakery Chef & Operation Manager.
- Dimi Chef – 2 Nos. Must have technical skills, cake decoration, chocolate art. Supervise, train and work with Production, Pastry or Bakery team on duties and train the new team. Supervise the measuring and mixing of ingredients according to recipes, pictures, handling wastage and returned items with reports. Responsible for following all standardized procedures, safety measures. Reports to Sou Chef, Executive Pastry bakery chef & Operation manager.
- ALL Candidates should have very good command of English and Excellent customer service skills and attitude. Preference will be given to candidate able to join within a short period
