Requirements:
- Commis 2 Baker – 5 Nos. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, pictures, reports to the First Baker and the Sou Chef. Supervised by the DIME CHEF. Responsible for following all standardized procedures, safety measures.
- Commis 3 Baker – 4 Nos. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, pictures, and instructions from the chef using a variety of kitchen utensils and reports to the Commis 2 Baker and the Sou Chef. Responsible for following all standardized procedures, safety measures.
- Commis 2 Pastry – 4 Nos. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, pictures and instructions form the chef using a variety of kitchen utensils and responsible for following all standardized procedures, safety measures.
- Commis 3 Pastry – 3 Nos. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, pictures, and instructions from the chef using a variety of kitchen utensils and reports to the Commis 2 pastry and the SOU Chef. Responsible for following all standardized procedures, safety measures.
- ALL Candidates should have very good command of English and Excellent customer service skills and attitude. Preference will be given to candidate able to join within a short period
