Job Title: Construction Manager - Arabic Speaking
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:
  • Arabic Speaking. Should have atleast 10 years UAE experience in the construction industry, especially infrastructure, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, and all pipeline works.
  • Conduct Contractual & Financial study and outline claim details with  Sr. Project Manager.   
  • Prepare Project requirements/projections like plant, material, manpower etc. compile and forward to PM and discuss. 
  • Review claim documents and forward to PM/Sr.PM Start execution of the work upon intimation from PM. 
  • Liaise with the Consultant/Client. 
  • Monitoring and control of progress & cost. 
  • Advise Project Engineer/Site Engineer to start the work as per schedule and advice Office Engineer to provide the engineering details.
