Requirements:

Ideal candidate will be the one who can multi-task for a combination of work from admin roles to engineering roles.
This position will be a key role working with top management in taking the company way forward for near future expansion.
UAE Driving license and own car.
Completed at least 02 project of some considerable repute at least 1 in UAE.
Should be able to interpret AutoCAD drawings.
Atleast 02 years of over all experience in civil engineering, site inspection & supervision.
Graduate (B.E. Civil) OR Diploma Civil (atleast 3 years diploma)
AutoCAD, MS Office & MS Outlook.

Job Description:

Closely execute / monitor site activities and conduct inspections to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Project Manager.
To make sure that any activity offered for any inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection Plan.
Capable to all kinds of civil works.
Coordination with client, project Managers, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
Prepare and maintain project documents per agreed deliverables like correspondence, minutes of meeting, notes etc.
Keep on learning skills as per modern practices in the relevant field and update other disciplines organization wide.
Support Management for various administrative activities such as documentation, technical interviews while upgrading engineering department according to new resource requirements as may arise.
