- Previous experience in office management environment minimum 5 years.
- Degree ; Certification / diploma / bachelor
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Ability to take control over the staff working under his supervision.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, Manage travel and schedule.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts.
- Carry out the purchase and choose between offers.
- Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Implement and maintain office systems.
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Operate office equipment, ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
- Manage office supplies.
- Summarize and report to the management.
- Implementation of the management instructions.
- In case of need and emergency be available during week end and for personal task execution.
