Requirements:
- Any nationality
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and/or sales
- Knowledge in SAP and ERP is an advantage
- Excellent Verbal, Written and Interpersonal (English) Communication
- Good customer service and telephone handling skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills, able to multi-task
Responsibilities:
- Primarily focused on customer order fulfillment in the Middle East and Africa region, and including pre-sales activities support.
- Maintains liaison relationship between assigned customer(s) and internal contacts.
- Encourages customers to participate in the business satisfaction surveys, monitors ongoing quality concerns and encourages pro-active feedback from customers to prevent unnecessary
