Requirements:

The candidate must have a minimum of Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering and preferably a Master`s degree.
US & UK educated candidates will have an advantage.
The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English.
He/She must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
The candidate should be familiar with general office software in addition to specific engineering software for project management.
The candidate will have leadership skills as he is expected to be part of the leadership of the organization.
Familiarity with budgeting, tendering, resource allocation and project finance reports will be an advantage.
Please highlight your ability in preparing the technical submission of tenders and familiarity with FIDIC contracts as implemented in the GCC region.
Initial posting will be in the capital area. However, the candidate should be prepared to oversee Project Managers, Resident Engineers working across the Sultanate.
As such, he must have a valid driving license.
The candidate will be managing a group of professionals and must have the skills necessary to manage people.
The minimum monthly cumulative remuneration will be in the range of USD 7,000 to USD 8,000.
Additional remuneration will be considered for exceptional candidates.
