Company: A leading Engineering Consultancy Office in The Sultanate of Oman requires a candidate for the position of Senior Project Manager with the following requirements (Gulf Engineering Consultancy)

Requirements:
- The candidate must have a minimum of Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering and preferably a Master`s degree.
- US & UK educated candidates will have an advantage.
- The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- He/She must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The candidate should be familiar with general office software in addition to specific engineering software for project management.
- The candidate will have leadership skills as he is expected to be part of the leadership of the organization.
- Familiarity with budgeting, tendering, resource allocation and project finance reports will be an advantage.
- Please highlight your ability in preparing the technical submission of tenders and familiarity with FIDIC contracts as implemented in the GCC region.
- Initial posting will be in the capital area. However, the candidate should be prepared to oversee Project Managers, Resident Engineers working across the Sultanate.
- As such, he must have a valid driving license.
- The candidate will be managing a group of professionals and must have the skills necessary to manage people.
- The minimum monthly cumulative remuneration will be in the range of USD 7,000 to USD 8,000.
- Additional remuneration will be considered for exceptional candidates.
