Company: Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for a Manager of Employee Support to join their growing team at Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage
various Employee Support functionalities and services, and administer key functions as assigned by the Head of ES.

Responsibilities:
- Manage employees' benefits & services, including medical & life insurance, saving scheme, personal & housing loans.
- Maintain employees' data in HR Management System (HRMS), ensuring that records are created and data are updated.
- Completion of employment file, enrollment in medical and life insurance, and essential registrations in government agencies.
- Prepare monthly payroll, daily staff disbursements and end of service payments, according to the designated role and in compliance with process control points.
- Manage the Exit Management process for departing employees and preparation of bank notification,clearance forms, handover form, final settlement and release letter.
- University degree from a recognized educational institution or professional certifications inrelevant fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in the area of personnel administration in an investment bank in the GCC.
- Must have a strong knowledge of local (Saudi & Bahraini) labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English as well as Arabic.
- Must be a GCC national.
