- Required to have a medical and business degree with experience in hospital/healthcare sector
- Executive Management level experience in the healthcare industry with the capability to contribute to the overall corporate management with specific technical directorship over departments and sections m medical operations
- Provide planning and leadership to the medical departments by developing appropriate structures, systems, competencies, values and operating policies within the context of the company’s Mission Vision. Goals and value statement.
- Build and manage a comprehensive healthcare system to provide quality and efficient primary & secondary healthcare.
• All applicants should have extensive experience, at senior management level, in Healthcare and Corporate sectors.
• Shortlisted applicants should hold a Post Graduate or equivalent professional degree from reputed and accredited institutions.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate sound decision-making abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills (i.e proficiency in English is necessary and knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage)
• Candidates should have a proven track record of working well under pressure
• These positions are based in the State of Kuwait, and will be reporting directly to the CEO
