Requirements:
• Prepare and adapt a business model and implement strategic plans on long terms.
• Prepare business development plans for acquiring and wining new projects.
• Ensure operation’s efficiency and performance in accordance with the corporate objectives, strategy and plans.
• Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure.
• Analyze and approve operational investments that best meet the business needs.
• Oversee the opening and closing of contracts as a time, budget, quality and safety.
• Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of senior managers with operational responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as may be required in order to maintain the efficient running of the business plans.
Minimum skills:
• 10 years of experience in a managerial position in Saudi Arabia.
• 20 years of experience in the same field.
• Remotely managing of resources.
• Experience in Oil and Gas field in Maintenance and Construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are a must.
• Leadership skills with strong technical, management and business development capabilities.
Education and Qualifications:
• Mechanical Engineering
• PMP Certified is minimum
